Farming and Florida are both in Carl Frost’s blood. As the owner, founder and CEO of Kai-Kai Farm in Indiantown, Carl is dedicated to sustainable agriculture and small scale multi-crop production.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticultural Science from the University of Florida and a BBA Finance from University of Texas.
Carl and his wife Diane Cordeau are well-known throughout the region for the quality of the produce they bring to local farmer’s markets, for the produce they supply to restaurants in Martin, Palm Beach and St. Lucie, and for their signature dinner series of unique and nutritious gourmet meals. Their 40-acre farm is named Kai-Kai, “gathering food,” a word that Carl and Diane learned on a sailing trip through the Solomon Islands. It speaks to the joy, economic sense, and environmental vitality of Community Supported Agriculture---the direct relationship between farm and consumer in the same community.
Passionate about the Farm to Table movement, Carl and Diane are generous both with the fruits of their labor and with their willingness to educate the public through tours and events at Kai-Kai Farm.
